1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Use govern your use of Feet Folderio and its related hosted services. You must review and accept these Terms before the app creates an anonymous account for you or allows you to continue. If you do not agree, do not use the app or its services.
Feet Folderio is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. What Feet Folderio does
Feet Folderio helps foot and hand models organize professional portfolio content and publish selected content through unlisted, time-limited browser links. The service is designed for controlled professional presentation, not public discovery, social networking, or permanent archival storage.
The app creates an anonymous account tied to the app session on your device. There is no username, password, account recovery, device transfer, or cloud account restore. Losing the local session may make existing private data inaccessible.
3. App license
Your license to use the downloaded app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These Terms govern the Feet Folderio service, your content, shared portfolio links, acceptable use, and related responsibilities; they do not replace Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
4. Your content and responsibilities
Your content includes profile details, portfolio photos, collection and set names, descriptions, usage notes, contact details, crop choices, and portfolio selections submitted or published through the service. You keep ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for your content and for deciding what to publish. You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload, process, display, and share the content, including permission from identifiable people where required. You must not upload or publish content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
5. Permission to operate the service
You grant Feet Folderio a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, copy, resize, crop, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle your content only as reasonably needed to operate the private library, create optimized copies, publish the portfolio links you request, provide support, protect the service, and enforce these Terms.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your content. It ends when the relevant content is deleted, except for short technical cleanup periods and information that must reasonably be retained for security, legal obligations, or resolving a reported violation.
6. Shared portfolio links
Your library is private by default. Content becomes available to others only when you intentionally publish a portfolio link. A recipient can open an unlisted link in a browser without an account. Anyone who receives or obtains that link may be able to view the selected content until the link expires or is disabled.
Unlisted does not mean secret or access-controlled. Recipients may forward links, take screenshots, copy information, or save content manually. Feet Folderio does not guarantee that published content can be recalled after another person has viewed or copied it. Share only content and contact details you are prepared for the intended recipient to see.
Published links normally expire 30 days after their first successful publication. You may update, disable, or delete a link through the app, subject to reasonable technical processing time.
7. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Feet Folderio to create, upload, publish, distribute, request, promote, or facilitate:
- pornography, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content;
- threats, violence, harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, stalking, or disclosure of another person's private information;
- illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, deceptive casting activity, spam, malware, or attempts to compromise the service;
- content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- content or conduct that is otherwise abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the professional portfolio purpose of the service.
You must not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, circumvent access controls, probe security, automate abusive requests, resell access, or interfere with the operation of the app or its related services.
8. Reports, moderation, and enforcement
Objectionable content, misuse, rights violations, and safety concerns can be reported through the Feet Folderio Support Form. The form does not require an account or sign-in. Include the relevant shared portfolio link and enough detail to identify the concern, but do not submit sensitive information that is not necessary for the report.
Safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Feet Folderio may disable links, remove content, restrict service access, preserve relevant safety records, or suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to investigate a report, protect people or the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Confirmed objectionable content and the responsible user's access may be removed or terminated. Knowingly false or abusive reports may also result in action.
9. Account suspension and deletion
You may use Delete My Data in the app to permanently remove the anonymous account's private data and public links and begin a new empty session. Deletion is subject to a short technical cleanup period and limited retention that may be required for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Feet Folderio may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, objectionable content, abuse, fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or conduct that creates material risk for other people or the service.
10. Privacy and support
The Privacy Policy explains how account, portfolio, shared-link, safety, and support information is handled. Questions, privacy requests, and safety concerns can be submitted through the Support Form.
11. Service availability and changes
Feet Folderio may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, cost control, or product development. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, delivery of a link to a recipient, or continued access to content after expiry, revocation, deletion, session loss, or service interruption.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important original content. Feet Folderio is not a backup service.
12. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feet Folderio and its related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular casting, business, professional, or commercial result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feet Folderio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, recipient actions, forwarded links, screenshots or manual copies, loss of a local anonymous session, interrupted availability, or unauthorized access outside Feet Folderio's reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when Feet Folderio's features, safety practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date and version at the top identify the current Terms. When acceptance of a new version is required, the app will present it before continued use.
