Overview
Feet Folderio helps foot and hand models organize professional images and create controlled portfolio links for casting recipients. This policy explains what information is handled, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Information handled by the app
- Anonymous account data: a technical account identifier is created so your private library and settings belong to your app session. Feet Folderio does not provide a password, account recovery, or transfer between devices.
- Profile information: optional display name, bio, location, available styles, foot and hand measurements, and contact details that you choose to enter.
- Portfolio content: photos you explicitly select from Photos or Files, collection and set names, ordering, crop choices, cover selections, descriptions, and usage notes.
- Shared portfolio data: the photos, profile fields, contacts, and usage notes you deliberately include in a portfolio link, together with publication status and expiry information.
- Support requests: the topic and message you submit through the Support Form, plus any optional name or contact information you choose to provide.
- Agreement status: the current Terms of Use version you accepted is stored on your device so the app can determine whether renewed acceptance is required.
How information is used
Information is used to operate your private portfolio library, process selected images, create optimized display and thumbnail copies, publish the portfolio selections you approve, enforce link expiry and revocation, delete requested data, record acceptance of the Terms of Use on your device, and review support or safety requests.
Photos and metadata
Feet Folderio accesses only photos or files you choose. Private originals are retained for your library and future edits until you delete them. Published portfolios use separate optimized copies. Original EXIF, GPS, and similar source metadata is not carried into those published copies.
Sharing and recipient access
Your library is private by default. A recipient can open an unlisted portfolio link in a browser without an account. The page shows only the photos, professional details, usage notes, and contact methods selected for that specific Share. New profile information is not automatically added to an existing published snapshot.
Portfolio links expire 30 days after their first successful publication. You may update, disable, or delete a Share from the app. Browser viewing cannot completely prevent screenshots or manual saving, even though Feet Folderio does not provide download controls or original files.
Service providers and disclosure
Feet Folderio uses hosted infrastructure to authenticate the anonymous app session, store private content, process images, publish selected portfolio copies, and store support requests for later review. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate misuse.
Feet Folderio does not sell personal information and does not include advertising, behavioral analytics, crash analytics, attribution tracking, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Retention and deletion
Private originals and profile data remain until you delete the related content or use Delete My Data. Published copies are removed when their Share is deleted, subject to a short technical cleanup period. Disabled and expired Shares stop being publicly available. Support requests are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for review, security, and recordkeeping.
Deleting the anonymous account removes its private data and public links and starts a new empty anonymous session. Because the account has no recovery method, losing the local session may make existing private data inaccessible.
Security
Feet Folderio uses access controls, separate private and published storage paths, unpredictable link identifiers, limited published snapshots, and revocable access. No system can guarantee absolute security, so share each unlisted link only with intended recipients.
Adults only
Feet Folderio is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 must not use the app, upload content, create a portfolio link, or submit information through the Support Form.
Your choices
You control which profile fields, contacts, images, and notes are published. You may edit private information, exclude content from a Share, disable or delete a link, delete individual portfolio items, or permanently delete all app data. Privacy questions and deletion concerns can be submitted through the Support Form.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when Feet Folderio's features or information practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
